Yesterday I went to The Hague to meet up with friends for a Hello Kitty High Tea ^_^
SET Genki Kei is a restaurant with a cafe. We discovered later that the cafe has got a little Hello Kitty corner, which looked super sweet, the waiter even wore a Hello Kitty apron.
The restaurant itself -where the high tea is held- is decorated very nicely and has a little screen in the bar which played a Ghibli movie.
A Hello Kitty teapot ❤ You could choose between 3 kinds of tea (regular, green or jasmine) and press a little button if you wanted a refill. We pressed it 3 times in total, since we had a lot to talk about, I guess it drove the waiter a little crazy 😉
This is the high tea as served for two persons: sushi (vegetarian or fish), toast with cheese, cheesecakes, scones, cookies and chocolates.
Everything tasted very well, and of course we had a little fun deforming and splitting the cheesecakes.
Holy moly even the bathroom is Hello Kitty themed! With a nice poster from Kiddy Land Tokyo and pink, so much pink (O_o)
If you’re in the Netherlands I can highly recommend doing a Hello Kitty high tea. It would also be a nice idea to make one yourself, some of the molds are available at JBox

On a more private note, my computer eventually got fixed. It took many hours, and I felt completely lost without it. But now it’s up and running, with no problems and it’s so silent, aaaah the bliss.
