Hello, welcome to kao-ani! I’m Natasja, a freelance webdesigner with a passion for anything cute & kawaii. I live in the Netherlands with Metin, my creative other half ❤, and Catootje (RIP). In my spare time you can find me blogging, photographing, reading, watching movies (or pulp TV) and crafting kawaii jewelry.

Orginally kao-ani.com started out as a random collection of pixel graphics, which were very cool back then… From 2003 on I began blogging about the cute culture and my personal life. Those earlier posts got lost in cyberspace, but you can still find original content such as clocks and emoticons in the freebies section! Fresh posts about cute news, characters, crafts, recipes and shop finds will usually appear once a week.
