Illustrator Amandine Piu

Before I start this post, I’d like to mention that the Blippo giveaway will end soon, so feel free to enter if you haven’t done so yet!

Recently I stumbled upon the work of French (and half Italian) illustrator Amandine Piu. She goes by the nickname of Piu Piu and has definitely earned herself a spot in my list of favorite illustrators. Her style is cute and a little nostalgic, I hope you’ll enjoy it as well 。^‿^。

Amandine creates the cutest cards and posters with fake adverts.

Alice in Wonderland themed illustration for a book fair. Piu has also illustrated a couple of children’s books.

Remember those rub down transfers from your childhood? They’ve made a comeback! Amandine has illustrated 3 backgrounds and transfer sheets for Djeco, a toy company that she often works for. I’m kinda tempted to get these ^_^

These animals were created for Djeco as well, they are part of a memory game.
You can see more of Amandine’s work on Piupiu or on her Facebook page.

  1. These are so cute thanks for sharing! I think I’ve learned more about Kawaii artists through your blog then through any other medium. I hope this note finds you well. 😉
