After months of enjoying the sun I don’t mind cocooning in autumn. It’s a great excuse to turn on the heat, grab a hot drink and to get some creative projects going. Recently I stumbled upon Ayako Kishi’s work and her squirrel illustrations with happy acorns brought a smile to my face. So when I discovered that she also offered free papercrafts, I just had to share them with you.

3D squirrel with maple leafs. Originally this set is intended for scrap-booking, but do any of you actually do that? I think it would be nice to stick the 3D squirrel on front of a booklet or to frame it.

This mobile would be great to hang in your room, it represents a family of squirrels who have completed their harvest. I think this project might keep you busy for an hour or two.
